The HELPING HANDS of HOPE Award is presented to an individual or organization that fosters hope in the mental health community. This award is bestowed upon the recipient who shows leadership in education and recovery from a mood disorder. The recipient will have shown motivation to educate and inspire others while contributing to the hope of recovery for others with the disease.
The HELPING HANDS of HEART Award is presented to an individual or organization that has played a significant role in the support of recovery in the community. This award is bestowed upon a recipient who has demonstrated leadership in advocacy and/or public awareness in mental health. The recipient will have been steadfastly committed in the service to mental health awareness, going above and beyond to promote respect, reduce stigma and support those living with mental illness.
The HELPING HANDS of HEALTH Award is presented to an individual or organization that promotes and/or works in treatment, research, diagnosis and recovery in the mental health fields. This award is bestowed upon a recipient who has supported the recovery of those with lived experience. It recognizes and showcases the significant efforts of physicians, clinicians and managers in improving the quality and safety of mental health patient care and to encourage innovation and improved practice.
