MDAM + MHERC Self-Help Book Club
The Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba and the MHERC Library are pleased to announce they have partnered to offer a Self-Help Book Club. In total, the book club has read three books together so far, namely: Atomic Habits, Atlas of the Heart, and Essentialism.
The next book club will focus on Ellyce Fulmore’s new book, “Keeping Finance Personal: Ditch the “Shoulds” and the Shame and Rewrite Your Money Story.” Owner of Queerd.co and host of Keep Finance Queerd podcast, Ellyce is a rapidly emerging online life coach offering money and career coaching to the millennial gays, gals and non-binary pals to help them get clarity on their goals, find a career they love and create financial freedom.
This book club launches on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 and meets for five consecutive weeks from 6 – 7:30 pm in the MHERC Library, located in the MDAM office at 100 – 4 Fort Street.
Sign up quickly to reserve your spot as there are limited seats (10) available.
Please note: participants will get to keep the hard cover book and their workbook. A $20 fee is payable before the club begins which helps to cover a portion of the cost of the workbook and book you’ll receive.
