We’re excited to introduce our mixed-format Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with mindfulness (CBTm) program. This evidence-based mental health program developed by the University of Manitoba runs for 5 weeks and will now be offered four times per year.

Program Details

This program is geared towards anyone aged 18 or older, living in Manitoba who has either been directed or chose on their own to take a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy with Mindfulness (CBTm) course. Participants must be willing to participate in the research evaluation of the classes to join. No mental health diagnosis is required to register.
Please let us know which session you are most interested in attending. We ask that you commit to attending at least 3 out of the 5 sessions.
