Senior’s Tea & Tales

Our mixed Seniors Tea & Tales support group is all about coming together for tea or coffee (and snacks!) to share our experiences and discuss a variety of topics about mental health including grief and loss, coping with aging, and mood disorders, in a confidential and inclusive space. Members of this group receive peer support from other seniors who are experiencing similar struggles.

We are excited to share that his group has expanded and now meets at the following locations and times across the Province. Please note for the most current and accurate listings, visit our Peer Support page and browse through the carousel for the specific group.
