Women’s Wellness Group

Our Women’s Wellness Group meets up for six weeks and allows for individuals who identify as women in our community to come together in a positive, safe, and supportive environment. We offer a safe haven to empower positivity, support growth, and enhance learning. Women will share their experiences, embrace a positive mindset and expand their knowledge of mental health through topics such as:

  • Self-care
  • Mindfulness
  • Yoga
  • Nutrition
  • Paint night
  • Meditation
  • Walk and talks
  • Book night

Our Women’s Wellness Group meets in Winnipeg at our office located at 100 – 4 Fort Street. If you would like to add your name to our waiting list, please email our Women’s Program Coordinator at womensprogram@moodmb.ca. Maximum of 10 participants per session.
