Women’s Wellness Group

Our Women’s Wellness Group meets up for six weeks and allows for individuals who identify as women in our community to come together in a positive, safe, and supportive environment. We offer a safe haven to empower positivity, support growth, and enhance learning. Women will share their experiences, embrace a positive mindset and expand their knowledge of mental health through topics such as:

  • Self-care
  • Mindfulness
  • Yoga
  • Nutrition
  • Paint night
  • Meditation
  • Walk and talks
  • Book night

Our Women’s Wellness Group meets in Winnipeg at our office located at 100 – 4 Fort Street. A 6-week session just wrapped up which began on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 and ended on Tuesday, December 17, 2024. Below are some photo memories from this group.

Stay tuned for future Women’s Wellness groups, we offer multiple sessions throughout the year. Maximum of 10 participants per session.
