Women’s
I appreciate the opportunity to tell my story. I can’t wait for the in-person groups to start back up. I need some time with other mood disorder folks. They make me feel at home.
We provide education, assistance, coping techniques, and support for women struggling with mental health issues. Through a partnership with SHOPPERS LOVE YOU we now offer a 6-week Women’s Wellness Group, a 6-week Baby Blues & Better Days program, a 6-week Disordered Eating & Body Image Program, Women’s Speakers Series, weekly Women’s, and Postpartum Peer Support Groups and one-on-one peer support.
Peer Support Groups:
- Women’s Online Peer Support Group: Every Thursday, 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm (Cancelled April 27th)
- Women’s In Person Peer Support Group: Every Thursday, 6:45 pm – 7:45 pm.
One-on-One Peer Support:
You can book a one-on-one peer support session (online/in person) with our Women’s Program Coordinator.
