Mental Health Awareness Week

May 6 – 12, 2024

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week 2024, we will be talking about various mood disorders and resources available from MDAM.

Specifically, we will be talking about depression, bipolar, seasonal affective disorder, postpartum depression, and disordered eating.

We have created a Mental Health Toolkit that can be downloaded (see links below). This toolkit includes a small booklet containing more information about mood disorders, stickers, bookmarks, and a fun activity workbook.

Together we can end the stigma around mental health – let’s talk about it!

Downloadable Resources:

The stickers can be printed using Avery #22886 labels which are 2″ x 2″ in size.

Location: Virtual

Cost: Free
